Anonymous asked: I'm a bassist and I'm passively seeking a delay pedal - specifically one that has either ducking capabilities or some sort of hi-pass filter so the repeats don't make my signal all muddy and stupid. Does this exist in pedal form? Will it bankrupt me?

Thanks! I love you guys! I know those other two boards are super rad, but my modest little board is pretty killer! I’d love your votes.
Anonymous asked: Ever used a EHX Metal Muff? Any thoughts on it?
Anonymous asked: How much should the Proco Rat, Ibanez TS9 & Digitech Whammy IV run me, used? I'm not too familiar with used pricing & I don't really want to over pay for any of them. Any input would help. Thanks!
acaliginosity asked: hey ive heard about the rat distortion pedal, is it good and should i get one (talking about 85 issue)
nickdrone asked: debating on buying either a big muff(standard, little, or russian) or a way huge swollen pickle. I really like all of them and tend to have a doomy/saturated sound through a tube amp so I'm not sure which to choose. Any opinion?
Anybody play any pedals recently that completely lived up to their hype? Any that didn’t live up to the hype at all?
workhorse666 asked: Overall thoughts on the Ghost Echo?
Anonymous asked: i bought a joyo vintage overdrive.. thing fucking sucks. it is so weak and adds no gain what so ever. just a twangy clean boost. let down!
hashshashin asked: Distortion pedals. I'm at a loss. Is there anything out there that provides decent death metal tones with the ability to articulate atmospheric black metal? Everything I've thought of sounds nasal and buzzy.
apileofsmiles asked: Hey man, I've been looking into some phasers and wanted to know if you've got any that you liked or thought were pretty cool. Thanks!
pedalspedalspedals asked: The HOG2 is pretty awesome in itself. It's everything I expected it to be, but I honestly think the POG2 tracks better.
iamnathanieldanger asked: For the person with the octave/Big Muff problem: It depends largely on how you place them in the chain. If the Muff is after the octaver, then you will hear the octaver's version of the Muff's sound, which is nowhere near right. But! If you run the octave pedal first, the Muff is fuzzing up an already octaved signal, which sounds all kinds of gnarly. I've used both a PS-5 and a...
little-man-from-the-radio asked: I'm looking into getting an octave pedal and came across a problem. On a forum, people were saying that when you run an octave pedal with a Big Muff, it results in a compressed mess. I definitely want to run said octave pedal with my a fuzz and seeing as the Muff is my only fuzz, I'm in a shithole. I was checking out the Fulltone Octavefuzz and liked it. On the other hand, I really do...

little-man-from-the-radio asked: How do footswitches such as the Boss FS-5U work? I don't understand them at all.
vampireweekjen asked: just thought id say that i love my DS1, its not the best distortion out but its really consistent and i treat it like shit and its still pretty frickin unbreakable! so yea yay for the DS1 :) great blog dude!
ohuniverseohgod asked: I mostly play really high gain metal. I use a peavey Valveking most of the time. I just like using the clean channel with a pedal.
Anonymous asked: so you were hating on DOD earlier, but do you have an opinion for the 250+? not the new ones but the old ones with the 741 IC, ever hear it with bass?
Anonymous asked: bucket brigade ic's or digital for delay? chorus? flanger?
ohuniverseohgod asked: I'm thinking about getting a new distortion pedal. I have a Boss ODB3 for my bass, it sounds ok for guitar. I think I either want a DS1 or a ProCo Rat. Any suggestions?
Anonymous asked: I just bought a Seymour Duncan power grid distortion for 45 usd. Is that worth it? Considering my current dist is a DS-1. Got to say, I'm pretty excited
elmelanson asked: Gotta disagree on the DOD FX being utter crap. The FX35B is one of the nastiest (and cheapest) autowah sounds out there. After modding it so it is truly at unity gain it can't be beat. Flea used it all over in the early 90's, and Buckethead has gotten a lot of mileage out of it on both super heavy metal riffs and funky stuff.
parlefeu asked: I've never encountered the DOD pedals before. Have you, or has anyone else, got any opinions on them one way or the other? It's a new brand to me.
Anonymous asked: what do you know about pedal clone kits? i am looking for a tube screamer kit but with more attitude.
Anonymous asked: You probably get asked this a lot but what are some cool fuzz pedals? I currently have a Little Big Muff and I hate it.
Anonymous asked: you post a lot of cool pedals, but most of these people are probably wankers that have more money than chops
